All sales are final
PackChem Industries E.A does not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any order once it has been placed. All sales are final. We know this is a firm policy, so below we explain why it is necessary and how we help you order with confidence.
Why we cannot accept returns
We supply cosmetic ingredients and formulation raw materials. For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, these products cannot be returned to stock or resold once they have left our premises — we have no way to verify how a product has been stored, handled, decanted, or whether its purity and integrity have been affected. Accepting returns of raw materials would compromise the safety and quality of our supply to every other customer, which is something we will not do. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not possible, and refunds are not offered.
How we help you order with confidence
Because we cannot offer returns, we have designed our process to help you get exactly what you need the first time. Before you buy, we encourage you to:
- Read the product description carefully — including the appearance, typical uses, usage rate, and any handling or storage notes.
- Confirm the product, grade, and quantity are correct for your formulation.
- Ask us anything before ordering — our team is always happy to help you choose the right ingredient.

We confirm your order with you
Our checkout is intentionally simple. After you place an order, we get in touch to confirm your delivery details and the delivery fee before your order is dispatched — giving you a further opportunity to check that everything is correct and to raise any questions with our team.
